đ Shopify Flow integration
Split Payment now works with Shopify Flow, Shopify's free automation app. You can send payment reminders and invoices around the due date, collect the remaining balance automatically, and get notified when a collection attempt fails â all without writing code. This was one of the most requested integrations from merchants running deposit and installment orders.
What to know:
Open the new Integrations page in the left navigation, find Shopify Flow, and click Get app â once both apps are installed, the triggers and actions appear in Flow automatically
8 triggers: payment collection success, payment collection failure, payment due today, 24 hours / 48 hours / 4 days / 7 days before due, and a daily ticker for custom timing
4 actions: collect remaining payment, send payment method update email, update the order due date, send payment invoice
Prebuilt templates are published in the Shopify Flow template library â install one and customize it instead of building from scratch
Your payment due date is available inside workflows, which Shopify's native order triggers can't see â this is what makes date-based reminders possible
Available to all merchants on all Split Payment plans
