👉 Percent off discount for paying in full
You can now offer customers a discount when they choose to pay in full instead of splitting their payment into a deposit or installments — encouraging full upfront payment.
When enabled, customers who select Full payment see a percentage discount applied automatically, shown alongside a compare-at price in the cart and at checkout. The discount is implemented via Shopify Functions and combines with other active discounts.
What to know:
The discount field defaults to 10% when first enabled
If you uncheck the setting and save, the discount value resets to default — re-enable it to set a new percentage
Only available when the whole product is selected — it doesn't currently work at the variant level
The compare-at price displays in cart and checkout, but not on the product page
Styling follows your existing design settings: font color comes from Main text → Font color, and background comes from Notes → Background
This gives merchants a way to offset administrative costs tied to split payments — rather than adding a surcharge for installments, customers are incentivized toward full payment through a discount, achieving a similar net effect without changing your installment pricing structure.
