You can create an order for a customer manually in the SPD Split Payment app.
You can use it for:
👇 Multiple payment (one customer pays in parts)
👇 Shared payment (different people pay different parts)
👇 Installment payment (a schedule with an initial payment)
You can add:
Store products, or
A custom item (an item that is not in your Shopify products)
Steps to create manual orders for multiple payment type
In your Shopify admin, go to Apps → SPD Split Payment.
Click Create deferred payment order.
Choose a payment type: Multiple payments
Add products:
Click Browse to select products,
Set the quantity for each item.
or, click Add custom item.
Optional: Add a discount by clicking the price.
Then choose a fixed amount or percentage discount.
On the right side, in Conditions, enter the Recipient email.
Enter the 1st payment amount and set the deadline.
Click Add payment to add the 2nd, 3rd, and more payments.
Set an amount and deadline for each payment.
Optional: Set reminders (days or hours before each deadline).
Click Save.
The recipient(s) will get an email about the order once you click the Save button.
Steps to create manual orders for shared payment type
In your Shopify admin, go to Apps → SPD Split Payment.
Click Create split order manually.
Choose a payment type: Shared payments
Add products:
Click Browse to select products, or click Add custom item.
Set the quantity for each item.
Optional: Add a discount
Click the price, then choose a fixed amount or percentage discount.
On the right side, in Conditions, enter the Recipient email, amount, and deadline for the first payer.
Click Add payment to add the next payer.
For each payment, set the Recipient email, amount, and deadline.
Optional: Set reminders (days or hours before each deadline).
Click Save.
The recipient(s) will get an email about the order once you click the Save button.
Steps to create manual orders for installment payment type
In your Shopify admin, go to Apps → SPD Split Payment.
Click Create split order manually.
Choose a payment type: Installment payments
Add products:
Click Browse to select products, or click Add custom item.
Set the quantity for each item.
Optional: Add a discount
Click the price, then choose a fixed amount or percentage discount.
On the right side, in Conditions, enter the Recipient email.
Set the Initial payment (%).
Set the Number of payments.
Set Pay every (days or hours).
Click Save.
The recipient(s) will get an email about the order once you click the Save button.
