đ Installment payments on specific fixed dates
Remaining installment payments used to be scheduled only as an interval â a number of days after checkout. Now an installment offer can put each remaining payment on its own calendar date instead, which is what you need for seasonal, pre-order, or event-based billing.
What to know:
In a product installment offer, Payment schedule for the remaining payments now has two choices: Days after checkout (unchanged, still the default) and On specific dates
Picking On specific dates reveals one Remaining payment N date picker per payment â two per row, with a pager when there are more
The earliest date you can choose is tomorrow, and each date must be later than the one before it
Switching back to Days after checkout keeps your interval values, and returning to On specific dates restores the dates you already entered â nothing is lost while you compare the two
In your texts, the
{{date}}variable now prints every configured date, separated by/, so the remaining-payment description stays accurateOnce all the dates in an offer have passed, that offer stops showing on the storefront. If it was your only enabled offer, the widget hides completely â the banner in the editor is there to remind you
Note: fixed dates are available on product installment offers. Cart-page installment offers stay interval-only for now. Existing offers are unaffected â they keep the Days after checkout schedule until you change it yourself.
