The installment widget lets you display installment payment options to your customers.
Go to: Split Payment → Design → Installment widget
Customization Options
You can edit the following:
Main Text
Font color for primary messages (e.g., “Initial payment”)
Secondary Text
Font color for supporting text (e.g., remaining payment details)
Radio Button
Border color for selection buttons
Notes
Background color for additional payment notes
Translations and Placeholders
You can also customize all installment-related labels and text under Translations:
Labels: Full payment, Installment payment, Initial payment, Remaining sum
Dynamic Text with Placeholders:
{{remaining.payments}}→ number of remaining payments{{interval}}→ time period between payments (e.g., days, weeks)
Examples:
Remaining amount (Delayed Days):
{{remaining.payments}} interest-free payments every {{interval}}
→ Displays something like “2 interest-free payments every 30 days.”Remaining amount (Fixed Date):
Same placeholders, but tied to a fixed date instead of days/weeks.Installment Descriptions:
Edit messages for delayed days or fixed dates, e.g.:
“Initial payment is made at checkout. For the remaining sum you’ll receive invoices after the specified period of time.”Labels: Customize units such as days and weeks to match your language or style.
