👉 Deferred payments in the cart drawer
Building on the cart-level display introduced in v2.8.0, deferred payment options (deposit and installments) now also appear in the cart drawer — the slide-out mini cart — not just on the cart page. Shoppers can see and select a payment plan without leaving the drawer.
What to know:
When cart-level display is enabled, deferred payment options now show in both the cart page and the cart drawer
Customers can choose a plan directly from the drawer, before reaching checkout
This works with your existing global cart-level configuration — there's nothing extra to set up
Product-page display is unchanged; the drawer display applies when cart-level mode is active
Widget texts and design are still managed on the Design page
👉 Multiple payment options at the cart level
The multiple payment options feature — previously available on product pages — now works at the cart level too. You can offer several deposit or installment plans on the cart page and in the cart drawer, and let customers pick the one that suits them best.
What to know:
Offer more than one deferred option at the cart level — for example Pay in full, pay in 2, and pay in 6
All active options appear together on both the cart page and the cart drawer for the customer to select
You can mix types in a single widget, combining deposit and installment offers at the cart level
Set one option as the Default option to control which is preselected
Each option keeps its own schedule and inline text
